«DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER

ANICON. Sustainable Project & Construction Managers is currently hiring a DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER to join the Construction Management Engineering team in one of our sites in Halkidiki!

The position supports the Project Management team for the implementation of one of the largest renovation hospitality projects in Northern Greece.

This position requires relocation to Solina, Halkidiki.

Main Responsibilities:

· Update & manage the document control system ACONEX.

· Support Construction Manager and Project Management Team.

· Collaborate with senior engineers and communicate with project Stakeholders.

· Take part in project management meetings.

· Prepare reports required for project management.

· Conduct administrative work.

· Follow progress of works and the everyday schedule of activities for the duration of the project.

· Organize the delivery of technical files and other technical documentation as required.

· Comply with guidelines and regulations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

· University Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management.

· Up to 2 years of professional experience, as a Junior Engineer.

· Experience in building projects is considered a plus.

· Advanced MS Office knowledge and familiarity with design tools, etc

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Flexibility and mobility

· Excellent planning and organizational skills

· Attention to detail.

· Time management skills

· Excellent communication skills, in Greek and English, both written and spoken

· Team player
